About City Home Inspectors

City Home Inspectors are State Licensed, Certified Master Home Inspectors and

IEMA Licensed Radon Professionals and technicians with over twenty five years of industry experience and over 10,000 completed home inspections, Radon and Mold Testings to date. Our industry experience includes General Construction, Real Estate Sales, Home Inspection and Air QualityTesting.

We follow the State of Illinois Licensed Home Inspector Standard of Practice and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Standards to deliver the most ethical service and professional inspection reports while maintaining State compliance.

When you book an inspection with us, we'll send you an agreement for your review and approval. As required by state law, this agreement, outlining the scope and limitations, must be signed electronically before the inspection begins.
