Mechanical Systems: We inspect AC condensers, electrical meters, gas lines, and more.

Garage Inspection:

We inspect the garage structure, doors, openers, electrical systems, ventilation, fire safety, and look for signs of water damage and pests.

Interior Inspection:

Walls, Ceilings, Floors, Windows, and Doors: We assess the condition of these critical protective elements. We

Electrical Systems: We test outlets, examine the service panel, and ensure safety features like GFCIs and smoke detectors.

You will receive a detailed report within 2 business days (often same-day) with photos, videos, and expert recommendations. This helps you understand the home's current condition and aids in making confident, informed decisions.

What’s Not Included?

Understanding what is not covered is essential to set clear expectations for the inspection. We follow the State of Illinois Home Inspector’s Standard of Practice, which excludes certain elements such as:

Hidden plumbing (e.g., underground or behind walls)

Environmental hazard testing (asbestos, lead, mold, radon)

Certain appliances or systems outside the standard scope (e.g., water filters, sprinklers, humidifiers)

Safety: For your protection, we do not open water or gas valves that have been shut off or light pilot lights due to possible gas or plumbing leaks.
