Service Prices are based on square footage, property type and location.

Single Family Home

Price for single family home inspection starts at $475 up to 2000 square feet. $60 additional per up to every 500 additional square feet. $60 additional for in law arrangements (legal or non legal units).

Town House

Price for town home inspection starts at $410 up to 1500 square feet. $60 additional for up to every 500 additional square feet.

Condominium

Price for condominium home inspection starts at $390 up to 1500 square feet. $60 additional for up to every 500 additional square feet.

Multi-Family

Price for Multi-Family Inspection starts at $595 up to 2 units, $75 for each additional unit. including non legal units.

Mixed-use

Price for mixed use commercial - call office for pricing.

Commercial

Price for commercial properties starts at $900 up to 1200 square feet, $100 for each additional 500 square feet.
